Compatible Toner Products: Defective or damaged toner products may be returned or exchanged with full credit for up to 180 days from purchase.
Great Cartridge may elect to ship a replacement toner before the defective or damaged toner is received back at our warehouse for evaluation. Great Cartridge will arrange to pick up the defective toner or issue a pre-paid UPS return label to send the toner back to our warehouse. If the defective toner is not picked up or returned within 30 days of the return label being received, Great Cartridge retains the right to charge the customer for the replacement toner, at the published website price.
Please note that sometimes we receive toner back as defective that is not our product. Other times we receive a toner cartridge back due to “streaking” problems, and find out that the cartridge is simply empty. This is a fairly common occurrence, especially in larger companies where multiple employees may be responsible for changing toner cartridges. In all of these situations, we will work closely with our customers to explain why a claim has been denied.
Compatible toner ordered in error is subject to a 15% restocking fee. Toner must be returned unopened and in saleable condition.
A Return Authorization (RA) number will be issued for all returns. No returns can be accepted without an RA number. Please note the RA number on a separate document, along with a brief example or description of the problem if possible. Please do not write on the product packaging itself. Also, please “box up” all returns. Return labels take into account the additional weight of the cardboard box and packaging material. OEM Toner Products: Same warranty – but 90 days from purchase date and 25% restocking fee for items ordered in error. These changes reflect the more restrictive policies of the OEM manufacturers.
Great Cartridge will only send personal information about you to another company when we need to share your information to provide you with the product you have ordered. In these situations, companies may be provided only limited information (shipping address for example) to assist us in filling your order. Great Cartridge may be required to share personal information when responding to subpoenas, court orders and other legal processes.
All credit card transactions and personal information are submitted to us through a secure socket layer (SSL) server and are processed through Square or PayPal, the premier Gateways and Virtual Terminals in the industry. All credit card and check information will be kept confidential between Great Cartridge LLC and our customer.
